Ordering Information

• Open to the Public - Walk through our Warehouse/Showroom
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Sales are Cash, credit card, Carry or Prepaid. All orders are shipped within the continental United States. We do not ship to international destinations.
• Payments: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Paypal and major credit cards are accepted for orders placed online.
• Returns: All sales are final. Orders subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
• In Store Pick Up: Save freight with customer in store pick up. Order is subject to be canceled if the customer doesn not pick up the order for a certain amount of time(about 1 month).
• Shipping: Motor freight and Parcel Orders are shipped Prepaid.
• FedEx: Online orders fitting parameters of FedEx Package are eligible for FedEx shipping.
• Freight - Standard Delivery: (Our trucking) rates are quoted per customer's request and based on mileage and load size. We do the work! You get liftgate service and carry in by our 2 man delivery team up to a 250 mile radius of our warehouse.
